If you don't already have it, borrow the NYS DOL/PESH CD-rom from us. Updated annually, it contains some sample SOPs and boilerplate forms. (Not online at this time, but available from the Academy Library and possibly free from your regional PESH office.)

To save time, try Googling "Fire Department" and "standard operating procedures" plus specific keywords.

- the NYS Assn. of Fire Chiefs collection of SOPs (book, 1995)
- Davis' book on rural water supply SOPs (book, 1990)
